(Abstracts should be submitted in MS Word format with the extension *. rtf)

1. The format of the page A-4, left, right, top and bottom margins - 2 cm, font Times New Roman; main text font size - 14: The line spacing - 1,5;
2. Do not use drawings, diagrams, charts, tables! Avoid manual hyphenation.
3. The abstracts should contain the following output:

• The title of the article (in the center of the sheet ALL CAPS, no point at the end);
• On the next line, symmetrically to the center - the names and initials of the authors (for each author – surname first);
• On the following line in the center - the full name of the organization, indicating the city;
• On the next line, symmetrically to the center - the e-mail address.

4. References are made out as follows. In the body indicate in parentheses the name and the initials of the author, and then, separated by a comma, - the year of publication. For example: (AG Litvak, 1998) or (BG Ananiev, 1968).
5. The title of the article is written with capital letters
6. The text is arranged symetrically on the middle of the page. Under each title, there are specified the authors (maximum two offers are permitted: name, surname, scientific title, position, organization, country)
7. The length of the publication – no more than 5 pages.
8. The length of the summary – no more than 50 words. The Russian summaries should be accompanied by English and Romanian translations, as well the English ones which will also require a Romanian translation. The Romanian publications will require a translation in English. For English speaking people the Romanian translation will be performed by the members of the Editorial Board.
9. The payment for the publication for people who don’t come to the conference is 10 €. Only two publications are permitted.
10. The publications should be delivered until 15.09.09

Requirements for posters placement:

• dimensions of the poster 80 х 120;
• the poster is placed in the first day of the conference for the whole period of the conference;
• The representatives of the posters present them to the participants during coffee brakes.

 

The list of references at the end of the theses should be elaborated in accordance with the requirements of generally accepted standard.
